Music Ministry

Under the leadership of Minister of Music Andre Jackson, the Oak Grove Baptist Church Music Ministry personifies excellence in praise & worship and serves the church during all services.

The purpose of the Music Ministry is to share the gospel of Jesus Christ through song, encourage believers in their walk with Christ, lead the congregation in worship and provide an avenue through which individuals may share their gift and be an integral part of the worship.

The following choirs are present at OGBC and open for membership:

Mass Choir - serves 1^st & 3^rd Sunday

Male Chorus - serves 4^th Sunday

Sr. Adult Choir - serves 5^th Sunday

Youth Choir - serves 2^nd Sunday

If you are interested in joining the choir, you can see any member of any choir, musician, or call the OGBC Office (757-539-8012) for information on rehearsal dates and times as they are subject to change.
